Terms of service
Last updated: 20.10.2026
1. The service
CNC Estimator (the “Service”) is a web tool that uses artificial intelligence to estimate CNC machining time and cost from technical drawings that you upload. The Service is provided by Ivo Pengezov, a private individual established in Finland (the “Provider”, “we”).
2. Accounts and free use
Visitors can try a few analyses without an account. A free account includes a limited number of AI analyses per month. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done with your account.
3. Subscriptions and free trial
The Service offers two paid monthly plans, Basic and Pro, each with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically every month until you cancel. Payments and subscription management are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as Merchant of Record for these transactions.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep your plan until the end of the period already paid. Paid periods are not refunded automatically, see the Refund policy.
5. AI estimates
Times, operations and prices produced by the Service are generated by AI and are indicative only. They can be incomplete or wrong. Always check them with your own professional judgement before you send a quote or start production. You are solely responsible for quotes and decisions based on the Service.
6. Your drawings
You keep all rights to the drawings and data you upload. You confirm that you are allowed to upload them. We use them only to provide the Service to you, as described in the privacy policy.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”, without any warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for direct, indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Service.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland and applicable European Union law. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably fall under the competent courts of Finland. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date.
